Return & Refund Policy 

All our brand wigs are manufactured sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

If there's an issue with your package upon received, you must contact seller within 24 hours after delivery time, we will take returns within 30 days for a replacement or Refund (excluding shipping) once returned Item has been carefully examined. 

1) Tag must be attached; product cannot be worn, brushed or altered and must be in its original condition and packaging with receipt.

2)You will than receive an email with the status of your Return

3) There will be a 15% Restocking Fee on all return merchandise 

4) Custom wigs are final sales (Cranial Prosthesis) 30 days manufacturer's warranty     

Children under the age 13

Anyone under the age of thirteen (13) must obtain verifiable parent or guardian consent.
