Return & Refund Policy 

If there's an issue with your package upon received, you must contact seller within 24 hours after delivery time, we will take returns within 30 days for a replacement or Refund (excluding shipping) once returned Item has been carefully examined. 

1) Tag must be attached; product cannot be worn, brushed or altered and must be in its original condition and packaging with receipt.

2) You will then receive an email with the status of your Return

3) There will be a 10% Restocking Fee on all wigs return, if an item is returned damage.

4) Custom wigs (Cranial Hair Prosthesis) 30 days
